Currently, we can observe a trend restoring interest in local products such as millet and buckwheat which are naturally rich in ingredients with a beneficial effect on health. They contain vitamins, minerals, bioactive peptides, enzymes, compounds or other active substances that may have therapeutic effects in specific diseases or disease entities.
